Chilled Water Pump Skid

As part of our larger commercial projects, we designed and prefabricated this Chilled Water Pump skid. It is complete with four pumps, air separator, expansion tank and an 850-gallon buffer tank. This was insulated with an aluminum jacket so the skid could sit outdoors.

Ineos – Eastern, OH

Stainless steel condensate truck loading skid. We built the frame, supports, all piping, welds, electrical wiring, and testing.Several iterations were added to this particular skid in our shop after it was in service. We have aftermarket repair capabilities to meet ever-changing customer needs.

Enlink Midstream – Eastern, OH

These are crude condensate truck offloading skids for Marcellus/Utica shale. The split system at the discharge allowed for products to be diverted to multiple tanks dependent upon product density. We built these completely custom skids including the frame, supports, all piping, welds, electrical wiring, paint and testing.

UEO – Eastern, OH

This multi-purpose crude oil skid allowed for both truck loading and offloading in a small footprint. Our client requested the offloading line be heat traced due to high water content in a cold weather climate. We built this completely custom skid including the frame, supports, all piping, welds, paint and testing in under 16 weeks.

Buckeye Partners – Hartsdale, IN

Dual-run pipeline metering skid with header and proving connections for crude oil service. We built the frame, supports, all piping, welds, electrical wiring, paint and testing.

Sunoco Logistics (Energy Transfer) – Marcus Hook, PA
