Located in Batavia, Ohio, the Nestlé Purina Batavia DRY Project is a large-scale initiative among multiple contractors to deliver mechanical, plumbing, and piping systems across office spaces and processing areas. Our scope included installation of HVAC and flue condensate drain piping systems, supported by 74 pneumatic cast iron floor-mounted condensate pumps, each weighing over 100 pounds. More than 10,000 lineal feet of Schedule 10 stainless steel piping was installed using press joints and fittings, requiring over 16,000 manhours for a single piping system. Once operational, the plant will serve as a dry pet food manufacturing facility for Nestlé Purina.
