P&G MBC Campus Expansion – Buildings K&M
The Cincinnati based consumer products company has created a 1.2-million-square-foot Beauty Innovation Center to focus on research and development for products such as Olay, Old Spice and Pantene. The Thomas J. Dyer Company was involved with the installation of the HVAC/Plumbing systems in Buildings K & M.
Toyota TMMK Reborn Paint
Since 1988, Toyota has been manufacturing cars in Georgetown, KY. In recent years, the plant has been expanded to increase capacity. The Thomas J. Dyer Company is currently on site working on these expansions, including large HVAC systems that had to be lifted by helicopter.
Cincinnati Union Terminal Renovation
The project consists of a major historical renovation to the interior architecture, complete replacement of the MEP systems, a large site work package, and an extensive exterior renovation and restoration. The Thomas J. Dyer Company was involved with the installation of the HVAC/Plumbing systems.
University of Cincinnati Fifth Third Arena Renovation
The 220,000-square-foot renovation of the multi-purpose arena will be transformed to a modern 360° seating bowl for approximately 11,500 spectators with updated concessions, to seating options and newly renovated suites. The Thomas J. Dyer Company was involved with the installation of the HVAC/Plumbing systems.
Liberty Center
Situated between Cincinnati and Dayton, Liberty Center brings together over 100 acres to form a community-centric and balanced approach to private-public place to work, shop, eat and live. The Thomas J. Dyer Company finished on site in 2015 with multi HVAC/Plumbing. Multi-systems were engineered to be prefabricated onto a skid in order to meet the demand of the schedule.
Xavier University Alter Hall
Historically, Alter Hall has been the central classroom building for Xavier University. The $18 million retrofit was completed on time for the 2015 fall semester. The Thomas J. Dyer Company assisted on the design, and was able to streamline the installation of the HVAC/Plumbing systems.
Mercy West Hospital
The 645,000-square-foot hospital complex sits on 60 acres off North Bend Road, just south of Interstate 74 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The $270 million complex was completed November 2013. The Thomas J. Dyer Company used its fabrication technology to develop, build and install corridor racks to finish the job in under 18 months.
Great American Ballpark
The home of the Cincinnati Reds MLB team, this 42,300 seat stadium was completed in April 2003. The Thomas J. Dyer Company installed the HVAC and Plumbing Systems on this $29 million dollar facility and has continued the relationship with the customer through service/maintenance and small projects.
