This is a new Design Assist project that is a 95,500 square-foot three-story with a partial basement building, located between Withrow Hall and Benton Hall. The McVey Data Science Building will bring together multiple disciplines, housing the departments of Emerging Technology in Business + Design, Statistics and Computer Science and Software Engineering as well as the Center for Analytics and Data Science (CADS).

TJ Dyer will be running the underground heating hot water and chilled water that ties into the utility tunnel that runs through the campus. There are 4 AHUs in the basement that feeds conditioned air into the building. There is a chilled water only AHU that feeds the XR Stage (Extended Reality) due to the amount of heat that is produced when the XR Stage is running.
