Owner: The Good Samaritan Hospital

The Good Samaritan Hospital New Ambulatory Services Build broke ground in October 2024 on a new $240 million 6-story 168,000 square foot building housing a new Emergency Department, TriHealth Cancer Institute, Surgery Center, Imagining Center and other outpatient services.  The project also includes upgrades to a new CUP providing the new and existing hospital with all new cooling equipment and utilities.  This multiple phased job is set to be complete by the end of 2028.
