The Thomas J. Dyer Company is pleased to announce that we are a member of the Design Build Team for the HVAC Mechanical, Plumbing and Process Piping scope of work for the Alkermes SAFE Project.

Our internal Design Assist Team is working with the Design Build Project Team through completion of the design. We have led in the field exploration of existing conditions to provide input regarding design, constructability, supplier and market knowledge, phasing/schedule, value engineering, cost and assist in the procurement of equipment, fixtures and other commodities as required. The goal is to ensure that the final product is completed for the best value in the shortest time frame possible.
For our scope of work we are responsible for providing the complete Mechanical, Plumbing and Process Systems including but not limited to AHU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Expansion Tanks, Control System Modifications, AHU and Domestic Heating System Modifications, Flushing, Testing, Balancing, Commissioning, etc. and associated piping, ductwork, controls, and equipment required for the following functional systems: Clean Steam System, WFI System, RO/DI System and Steam Boilers.
