Small Contractor Business Support Program

Program Mission: To create a program that will result in a network of DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE contractors and suppliers that will be meaningful, productive members of our construction project teams.

At the Grote Family of Companies, we understand the importance of project participation by Small and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. We have a history of meeting and exceeding the goals and requirements set forth on our various construction projects. Despite this success, we have, over the past several months, begun the process of designing and implementing an aggressive Small Contractor Business Support Program for our entire organization. It is our intention to create a network of mutually beneficial "partnerships" with interested, enthusiastic small companies in our market areas.
